Indoors again and leading from the living-room through the archway is the main ensuite double bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes and sea views. The ensuite bathroom is fully equipped with full-length bath and shower, low-level W.C., bidet, and washbasin with mirror and shaver socket.

There is an area between the bedrooms and living-room with a full-length mirror.

An allocated parking bay at the foot of two short flights of stairs. These stairs are lighted at all times. However, regrettably there is no disability access.

Outside and in front of and below the apartment there is a communal swimming-pool and a childrens pool. There are communal areas outside for walking and sitting to enjoy the views etc. There are nice lawn areas and at night pretty night lights around the swimming pool.

This lovely apartment is in an elevated location around 6 miles west along the coast from Estepona, one of the few coastal towns which still remains largely unspoilt by commercialism, yet boasts beautiful wide beaches, a great range of first class restaurants and shops, while retaining its native old cobbled streets and pretty plazas. The nearest village to the apartment is Sabinillas, which povides local supermarkets, inviting Spanish street cafes, and a long promenade with undending stretches of unspoilt beaches. The apartment itself is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and beach bar/restaurant and local shop. Both Estepona and Sabinillas have local markets and provide a wide range of restaurants, estertainment, music, cinemas, sports and of course there are several excellent golf courses very near the apartment.

If you wish to explore the other direction towards the Costa de la Luz, you may reach the old town of Cadiz and further drive towards Jerez and Sevilla. There are day trips to Sevilla, Jerez, Cordoba and Gibraltar, also to Ronda and the world-famous Alhambra at Granada. If you wish to be more adventurous you can take a boat to Morocco and spend a day or more exploring the completely different culture of North Africa. This is a lovely part of Southern Spain, more unspoilt than the very well known area between Malaga and Marbella, and yet offering visitors a wide range of facilities and beautiful places to see. It is a short half an hour drive to Gibraltar and around an hour and a half drive to the huge international airport of Malaga with flights to just about everywhere in the world.

The apartment is complete with all fittings and ceiling fans, ready to move into. It is the perfect holiday/beach/golf apartment and would also make a lovely home in Spain. The immediate vicinity is quiet and mature, with no building going on nearby and there are a number of British residents living nearby to help you feel at home.
