Comfortable quiet holiday rental 2 room apartment, entirely renovated offering panoramic views onto Paris.

It is on the 15th floor of a 19-storey residence with 2 elevators, in Paris-La Defense Courbevoie. The apartment building is surrounded by a wide forum planted with vegetation. Three gardens with trees are at the edges of this lively area.

The American kitchen is fully equipped with a table, two chairs, a dishwasher, washing machine, a refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, micro wave, microwave oven, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils.

The sun-filled dining room has a large sofa bed that sleeps two comfortably, a wardrobe, a table to seat 4 , TV, English channels, radio, CD & DVD player, Internet access, land line telephone free, a desk, two more chairs, iron and iron table available, a wall of mirrors.

The nicely furnished bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom has 2 sinks, WC, mirrors, wardrobe Two concierges and an access code ensure good security.

It is situated in the west of Paris in a lively, touristic neighbourhood. Metro line 1 (La Défense) and RER line A (La Défense-Gde Arche) providing direct easy access to most of the city's historic monuments, Concorde, the Louvre, Opéra, the Bastille and also to Disney world at Marne la Vallée.

The Champs-Elysées is 4 minutes away with the RER line A. Train direct to Versailles' Castle.

The Charras mall is on our ground floor with a supermarket, many restaurants, cafés, shops. Also on the ground floor of the building is an international news-stand, as well as a boulangerie, and the municipal swimming pool featuring a sauna, solarium, volley ball, ice skating and bowling facilities.

The Bois de Boulogne, Roland Garros, Hippodrome de Longchamp are 15 minutes away. 5 min away from the apartment is another railway station reaching the centre of Paris in 8 mn at Gare St-Lazare, the Opera Garnier, les Grands Magasins, les Galleries Lafayettes, le Printemps. No cars needed.

La Defense is unique! A must-see site in Greater Paris today, a tourist destination. Europe's biggest business district, Europe's biggest shopping centre open seven days a week.

Nearby the renovated CNIT, the National Industries and Technology Centre with a spectacular roof. Today it is an annex of the Quatre Temps Mall as well as a major conference and corporate events centre.

La Défense is a veritable open-air museum with 60 works by contemporary artists including Calder, Miro, César and Richard Serra.

Walks and events on the forecourt, the Esplanade du General de Gaulle and in parks and gardens.

The Water Ballets at the AGAM Fountain: Silent fountains or Musical fountains according to the days and the hours.

La Défense has events year round.
- The Hauts-de-Seine Choral Festival: Fifteen days of non-stop music in March/April.
- The fifth Seine de Danse Festival: new dance trends for five days in May.
- La Défense Jazz Festival: noontime concerts on the forecourt's main stage in June.
- The Christmas Market: one of France's biggest Christmas markets takes place on the forecourt. Over 250 exhibitors throughout December.
